DACA illegals sue trump for welfare

I didn't know kids qualified for food stamps, isn't that adults? I'm just saying this is like quicksand.
It is kids.
so? aren't there american kids in worse shape? why do you ignore american kids? curious, you really hate america huh?

I support programs for all struggling kids.
then why aren't you demanding where the money went in Baltimore? ole Elijah dude stole their money and you don't seem to care. sorry shit right there. if you did post something against that, I want proof.

Two different things. One is a support for the programs and one is a support for the corruption in those programs. I support the first, not the second.
asking for more money when you have no idea what happened to already released funds, is stupid. I demand that Elijah tell us where the money went ahead of any more money flows.

No disagreement from me.

yep, and they got free school that americans paid for. why don't they work? curious?

They are kids.
DACA is for illegals 16 to 31.
I have read that less than half are in high school.
Try again?

With the rescission of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program moving into full force in spring 2018, an average of 915 young unauthorized immigrants will lose their work authorization and protection from deportation each day beginning on March 6, 2018 through March 5, 2020, according to MPI estimates.

A Profile of Current DACA Recipients by Education, Industry, and Occupation

"Work authorizations".
Doesnt mean they were working.
Plus
The Congressional Budget Office has estimated that granting amnesty to roughly 3.5 million enrolled and eligible DACA illegal aliens would cost American citizens at least $26 billion as about one in five DACA illegal aliens would end up on food stamps, and at least one in seven would go on Medicaid.

So four working paying taxes and one not. Seems to me to not be a loss.
why do they need money if they are working? dude, seriously, you think we're babies in the womb.

Sheesh. Trump is arguing to not allow them to work if they had ever received public assistance in the past.

Yea. -26b is not a loss.
Wtf you are full of shit

Haha...nice spin.
You’re doing exactly what all severely LefTarded folks do...spin the simple parallel until it fits your twisted position...haha...nice
Look bud, this is simple shit....the father stole the cash for his children or the father stole citizenship for his children....neither should be kept by the children as both were STOLEN.
You can’t spin it bud...this shit is simple for thirdgraders.

I agree they should not be given citizenship, not sure where you got the idea I wanted them to become citizens.

Nope...no semantics allowed either...let this be as simple as it is.
We either reward children for their parents criminality or we essentially unwind the criminal act(s) and revoke any all benefit as a result of said criminal act(s).
Come on man...this isn’t really confusing for you is it? FEELZ got you by the nuts on this one?

You support that or you would be demanding actions actually be taken that would change that. Under Trump there does not appear to have been any charges brought by the administration on those doing to the hiring of those here illegally.
I completely support going after employers.
Cut off ALL incentive.
Assume again.

You can support whatever you want.....or more to the fact, you can claim to support whatever you want. Trump is not going to go after the employers and his base will still vote for him again. Words without actions are worthless.
Trump does more against illegals than anyone else but he doesnt do near enough. Like going after employers.

You mean giving an illegal a job to make his bed?
he should actually send them back to their country. how's that.

So we should let the employers that hire them (which is the reason that they are here) go free?

DACA.....we are discussing kids. They are wanting to be able to get jobs.
The OP is about 2 kids suing the govt for welfare.
Try again?

I think we should concentrate more on AMERICAN KIDS.

Their parents are working their assess off for businesses and corporations making very low wages so that "shareholders" can continue to get increasing returns. In return we can at least make sure their kids can eat.
no one forced them to come here
no one forced them to take low pay jobs
If America is such an evil place taking advantage of them why did they come
and by the way they are suing for welfare Food Stamps isn't part of welfare
if any kid goes hungry here in America it is the parents fault not the government

the difference between being a citizen or a guest worker is not simple semantics.

There is no confusion. There is no logic to punishing the child of a criminal for the parents crime. Doing so is based upon your hatred of brown people, or as you call it "FEELZ".

I presented a logical compromise plan and you reject it outright. That is on you, not me.

Democrats have shown the biggest opposition to e-verify legislation

He isn't. As I said, he's full of rhetoric and empty on solutions. Technically he could temporarily stop them from working legally but he won't.

Again, when those programs are forwarded the reply is "SOCIALISM"!!

No, no one is forced to come here but the vast majority of us would seek to improve our position in life when offered, especially when you have kids.

If someone offers me a better job than what I have, I'm going to look at taking it. Is that really a bad thing?

Nobody is pushing e-verify. It never gets mentioned by anyone.

If they have been offered a job they can certainly present that offer to immigration authorities and get a work visa.

Some call for "reparations" (Which I do not support). The argument is that we are not responsible for the actions of our parents (grandparents).

Seems though many of those same people do want to make kids responsible for the actions of their parents here.

Let’s create a fictional parallel to remove the FEELZ and for ease of understanding.
Criminal father robs a bank
Authorities find the father gave the stolen loot to his children
Are we a nation that wouldn’t want to take the stolen loot away from the children because we would view it as “punishing” said children?
Wasn’t this precedent set long ago in this nation?

(Cue the Loons to cry false comparison)

Has nothing to do with "feels". People are either responsible for the actions of their forefather or they are not. We will attempt to recoup what is taken from others which is why we should see that those not paying taxes now, pay taxes also.

No casting spin or gray area....this is simple shit.
Do you take the stolen loot from the children or do you let them keep other people’s money because you don’t want to “punish” them?

Golfing Gator where did you go?

I answered that. You avoid everything. I want them paying taxes to support the programs that helped them.
I want them to go home!

That's not how business wants it. If they did that the job offer is rescinded. Business that hires these people are not interested in paying a legal wage, with taxes and all that goes along with that.

You can "want" all kinds of things. They are going nowhere so they should be paying taxes.
