• He accused any negative media of plotting against him, again dictators do the same...

So Cuomo did NOT say any of those things?

Nope - he said it, as stated in your own link:

He himself could not do that in this rant.

Cuomo was told years ago he needed to buy approx. 2,000 Ventilator beds to be prepared for a future outbreak...and he refused to do so. Did he go on TV and admit this to everyone and humbly ask the President for help, considering you say that's what good leaders do? NO HE DID NOT!

So your entire 'rebuttal that Cuomo did NOT say those things is based on a partisan journalists article in which he opines what Cuomo said 2 days after his rant does not count.....
