Powell NEVER used a / multiple personal servers illgally to store, send, and receive extremely classified information and made clear he never suggested Hillary do so.

Powell said he was able to classify material if he so chose---as was Rice. He stated he didn't save anything and was unaware if it was captured and saved through the department server. He worked off of two computers and did communicate through the AOL server with ambassadors, foreign leaders and American officials.

Powell NEVER advised Hillary to use illegal, unauthorized, un-encrypted personal servers to illegally store, send, and receive highly classified information, especially using companies who did NOT have the security clearance to be anywhere around that information...or to store them in their highly UN-Protected BATHROOM.

Powell never did such a thing personally, either.

According to the STATE DEPARTMENT, Hillary NEVER ASKED for permission to have her own personal servers at home which she could use to store, send, and receive highly classified info and if she HAD asked they stated she would have been told 'NO'!
