Breaking: Woman shot while trying to kill ICE agents in Minnesota

She was only blocking one lane.
ICE could drive around her.
Everyone else in that neighborhood was on her side.

She didn't have to block any lane to protest, and ICE is not required to drive around her.
It doesn't even matter what everyone else in the neighborhood thinks about that.

They didn't ask, they screamed profanities at her and threatened her with guns.

"Get out of the car" four times, and the last two in her ear, doesn't quite match what you are suggesting.

Wait now, either she intentionally ran him over or she didn't see him? Make up your mind.

Running him over is not, and will never be a requirement, but when driving a vehicle, it may not be a requirement, but it damn sure helps if you watch where you are going and don't endanger the wellbeing of others, doing whatever the **** you want to.

You wouldn't be so understanding if this were ATF shooting a wingnut instead of ICE shooting an immigration protestor.

You either don't understand your nonsense or don't really care you don't make any sense most of the time.
That doesn't mean it makes more sense for you to make up shit about what other people may think or understand.

You do have a lovely habit of saying, "I didn't say that".

That's because it doesn't meet your completely imaginary dialog, and he most likely didn't say it every damn time your imagination simply falls apart.

Irrelevant. She wasn't supposed to be blocking anything.
Everyone else in that neighborhood was on her side.

You have no way of knowing this.

Profanities are irrelevant. She knew they wanted her to get out of the vehicle - especially when the officer grabbed at the door handle - but she refused.
and threatened her with guns.

No, they did not.

The GUN you ******* idiot. I made that clear.

Well, for one thing, that's your opinion. For another, it still has nothing to do with this incident.

I neither confirmed nor denied saying anything. I asked if you were saying I suggested she doesn't have a right to protest. So answer the question: are you saying that I suggested she doesn't have a right to protest ICE?

Well, according to you. I find it hilarious you wingnuts screamed like little babies about vaccinations, but think whole communities should go along with the ICEstapo kicking in people's doors.

If he didn't want to get run over, he shouldn't have walked in front of a moving vehicle. That's actually a violation of ICE protocols.

Rosa Parks should have moved to the back of the bus.

You find a lot of things hilarious that only exist in your imagination and what you are required to make up in order to respond to anything.

And that pretty much makes you a fruitcake and very pathetic asshat.

Being run over isn't a requirement, and I am not willing to completely ignore Renee Good's culpability in what occurred, because Renne Good was not the only life involved, nor was she the only person on the scene that has Rights.

Rosa Parks should have moved to the back of the bus.

Renee Good was not, and will never be Rosa Parks, and there is simply not enough Unicorn Fart Glitter in the universe to make your comparison anything other than whatever your very routine, and utterly stupid imagination can provide, you pathetic little asshat.

No, I find Wingnuts hilarious. Watching you for the last decade stroking your guns because you hate tyranny, and when government agents are shooting soccer mom's in the face, you can't get on your knees fast enough.

The ICEstapo agent was only in any danger because of his own negligence.

How is she not? They both stood up to evil, inhumane, racist policies.

I guess she more like the kids in Mississippi who were murdered by the Klan.

Yes, they are required to drive around her. If someone is in your way when you are driving, you must drive around them instead of risking a road rage incident by stopping and getting out of your car.

You know, now that I think about it, this whole ICE shooting could be characterized as road rage. I came up with a winner there. ICE was enraged from the start that Renee Good was stopped in the road.

Regrettably, I don't find you hilarious at all, and just a consistent pathetic little asshat.
I mean damn, even the shit you make up is crap, and you suck at that too. :auiqs.jpg:

Really don't like agreeing with you. But you're right here. They are cowardly hypocrites with no real principles at all..

The law was written before the incident happened, and not necessarily to suit your desires in interpreting what occurred.
There is currently an FBI investigation (that includes the Civil Rights Division), there could also be a civilian review (it's called a grand jury) if decided, they will probably ask the opinion of other officers.

None of that includes the baker or the candlestick maker (unless of course they are seated on the grand jury), and there is a reason for that. That reason is because the people investigating, the people on the grand jury, and the officers are properly instructed in the law, and the officers are aware of what conditions on the ground mean.

That's because your desires to interpret the law, really don't have any bearing, and if you would like them to have more bearing, you probably need to go to law school and become a lawyer (if you haven't already), and you can argue your case in court.

Meanwhile, all you have is an opinion that is getting you nowhere.
And for starters, the investigators, the grand jury and the officers, will not simply ignore Renee Good's culpability in what happened, and likewise, she is not the only person involved that has Rights.
Last I read, the president and Noem announced the killer was innocent, and killing was justified, and read the investigation does NOT INCLUDE the investigation of the deadly shooting officer, but includes the investigation of Good's partner....which is what has lead to 12 decades long experienced doj Civil rights division prosecutors, to resign....

Nowhere in the law you posted does it require what the President or Secretary Noeme says to mean anything more than what you say as far as how the investigation will go, or whether or not the grand jury will indict. Everything is part of the investigation, including Renee Good's partner, and should be. They shouldn't investigate only what supports your delusions and desired outcome, and Renee Good is not the only person in the event that has Rights.

And if the investigators and prosecutors in the Civil Right Division of the FBI cannot do their job and make the case they are required to, and want to play games that consist of little more than political bullshit, like the one you are attempting to play, then I really don't give a shit if they resign.

Good and her lesbian girl friend caused the confrontation that led to the shooting

If you say so. But it still has nothing to do with this shooting.

I don't care that you think the shooting was unjustified and I actually see why some people think so. I just think it's chickenshit to lie about it, bring up irrelevancies such as race and twist my words (or simply not read them properly) to make it out like I said she had no right to protest ICE.

You do this in every discussion and is why I am not vexed by your nauseating moralizing. I know you to be a liar and a hypocrite.

Maybe, stonewalling is a better word than cover-up. They just don't care the videos show an obviously bad shoot and want to totally stand on the moral high ground.
You mean like JoeB lying about how they threatened her with guns? Or implying I said Good did not have a right to protest ICE when I neither said or suggested any such thing? Or you pretending that the person Good "dropped off" was not her partner? Or pretending Good was trying to enter traffic while parked across the lane, waving other motorists through and playing musical diddies with her horn for a full three minutes?

No one has the moral high ground here, not even those who think the shooting was unjustified. From that side of the aisle, in this discussion, I've seen logical fallacies, willful ignorance of important facts and details, moral vilification of myself and others and outright lies.
