While the right wing is in a panic attack over this administrations lax security measures the rest of us are looking at a very long era where zero republicans at any level have been assassinated, or shot, while two democrats have been shot in the same period. One, Melissa Hortman, losing her life.

100% of political murders were Democrats since 2017.

In the aftermath of the murders elected Republican sent out memes and jokes about it while the President sent disparaging FALSE rumors out and other officials posted disinformation about the murders.

You moron. I am comparing ACTUAL murders of ACTUAL Democratic or Republican elected leaders in BOTH parties. ONLY Democrats have been murdered. ONLY Democrats have been shot. It’s been almost a decade since any Republican was shot - 2017, almost a decade ago.

And since 2017:

Democrats have been shot and killed along with their husbands
Democrats have been shot and survived with their shot wives
Democrat governors had their houses set on fire
Democrat senators had the their husband attacked with a hammer claw
Democratic Governors have been victims of kidnapping schemes of white nationists

No Republicans have been shot.
No Republicans killed.
No Republican homes set on fire.
No Republicans husbands attacked with a claw hammer
No Republican Governors the target of kidnapping plots of white nationalists

But a commentator was murdered and the President has demonstrated lax security protecting himself.

My OP clearly says since 2017 genius... that was almost a decade ago. For a bunch of wussies crying about violence who havent seen an actual shot or killed elected official in a decade you sure do whine a lot. Meanwhile I have listed all the shot democrats whose houses have been arsoned, husbands have been hammer clawed, and been the victims of kidnapping plots. Get real.
