You rationalized his bad behavior in a number of ways, including with lies. The jaywalking was nothing and is not why he was shot and you know this. Now listen up because I've explained this to you three or four times already in the past and I'm not going to explain it again: When he approached Brown and his friend about walking in the road, he didn't know they were the ones involved in the robbery. After asking them to get out of the road he glanced down and saw the cigars in Brown's hand. THAT was when he realized who they were and attempted to confront them and THAT was when Brown leaned into the cruiser and assaulted Wilson and tried to get his gun from him.

They weren't in a ******* bag you lying piece of shit. There is video of the guy behind the counter taking the cigars out of the bag and putting them back on the shelf after the first exchange early that morning when Brown left without the cigars.

When he went to the store the second time later that day, he simply reached over and grabbed the boxes of cigars and left with them like that after handing a few boxes to his friend. THEY WERE NOT IN A BAG. This is when the police were called.
