Insurrection is invalidation of laws and government, any legitimate dictionary will give you that definition. Historical examples are full discord and destruction through out a nation as part of a process that eventual focuses more on national government facilities. A couple hundred people engaged in a couple hours of unauthorized entry is not overturn of government. After Iraq invaded Iran in 1980 the former Soviet Union cut off military aid to it Satellite Iraq. Guess which Uncle came to the Butcher of Baghdad's rescue?
