No because Congress chose not to include women, doesn't make it unconstitutional. You can't draft the physically or mentally handicapped either.

We who agree with me do not want any law passed that causes women to not be able to deal with their own body. We do not expect to pass a law that she gets to slaughter the infant she carries.

I was making a high income then when drafted, it was reduced to pennies per dollar. Slaves got many benefits from those fine plantations and the Army treated me to slave like quarters.
