Except, wind turbines will always be expensive as will solar panels.

They are made with oil and coal, metal, wood, copper. You say fossil fuels go up, can't manufacture silica into Silicon without tremulous amounts of energy.

I live in Nebraska , our electric rates have gone down, we are the ninth lowest for electricity in the nation. Those wind turbines are all over the place and they're phasing out the last coal plant. In Omaha the air used to be hazy , now it's clear.
