Including the ingredients used to manufacture therapeutic drugs being fast tracked by the FDA to combat this virus until a vaccine is finalized. If they hold that up, we can't make those drugs, we can't save lives.

If they make good on threats to hold up those ingredients, and that results in the deaths of more Americans, we should take drastic action. For every American that dies because of it, we cancel $10 billion in what we owe them.

Grab them by the nads and don't let go. We won't cater to their asshattery forever.
