I call bullshit on that. the use of other forms of assessing people is driven by political correctness. intelligence testing does a much better job of predicting who will succeed at a job than testing any other factor. just ask the military. no one gets in with an IQ less than 90 because they cannot be trained.

What are you talking about? IQ tests are basically a series of logic puzzles. Memorization has nothing to do with the test. Also, it isn't a myth. Just because white supremacists use it to make black people look bad, doesn't mean it isn't true. Not all facts in life are pleasant.
