He was arrested 42 times in the past 10 years, including for a number of violent attacks in the subway system. This was a dangerous criminal who walled away from his 15-month mental health program (arranged for him in lieu of prison) after only 13 days, and he should have had his butt thrown in prison.

Instead, he was left to roam freely and terrorize and injure people at will because of the reluctance of bleeding heart libs to put violent blacks in prison.

It is very sad, but the racist leftists in every liberal city have turned their cities into something out of Georgia, circa 1930, but with the races reversed. Whenever there is an altercation between a white and a black, the default is to defend the black and accuse the white of racism.

What Penny said about it is evidence of the degree of control the leftists have over western society. There was a no reason in the world that he had to say that, though I certainly understand why he said it.

I once had a writing prof who said that if call someone a Nazi, then you better be able to show that said person is throwing Jews in the oven. I know, it was a crude statement and certainly not PC. But it makes a sound point, to wit: outrageous hyperbole ruins your credibility.

What is sad is if Penny did not act and this man had attacked and even killed someone while everyone stood by and watched or filmed it with their phone it would not even be a blip on the media radar. Penny acted and yes it had tragic consquences and he is now being vilified in some circles for his actions makes one wonder the next time there is an incident like this will anyone act or will they all just look away and pretend nothing is happening.
