Daniel Penny: I am not a White Supremacist

The thing is, that didn't happen. All you can do is imagine it.
It happens all the time. Black on white crime is 5 times as much as white on black (and I dont even consider to this to be a crime)

More of his own words was his blaming society for his actions.
Blame goes to the New York criminal justice system (same ones who are charging Penny) for their consistent inaction regarding Jordan Neely. This creep had been arrested 42 times, yet he was still out and about, causing havoc in the community.

At the time of his death, he was subject to a 15-month ALTERNATIVE TO INCARCERATION PROGRAM
after pleading guilty in February 2023 to felony assault of a 67-year-old woman, whom he punched as she exited a train station in November 2021, breaking her nose and fracturing an orbital bone.

So the knotheads who allowed Neely to walk the streets, instead of having him locked up, set the stage for this to happen. And then, these same bozos have the gall to arrest Daniel Penny, who stopped in to stop the bullying done by Neely, which never would have happened if the New York criminal justice clowns had done their high paid jobs. (ie. to PROTECT the public)

That’s why NYC is indicted Penny. It’s to divert attention from the fact this whole thing is the fault of the leftist soft-on-crime approach,

Yea that's what it is, unbelievable. You mean they might do like the jury did in the Zimmerman case.
Very similiar. In both cases, cops let the guy go as
"justifiable homicide". Then the race hustlers arrived, and the guy who killed a black guy winds up getting arrested.

Yeah, he killed himself dead. Didn't have to pull a trigger. Didn't OD.

But guess what? He was strangled to death.

What was similar in the JW Milam and Roy Bryant case?

What was similar in the Amadou Diallo case?
You asked about Zimmerman. I answered.

As for Milam & Bryant whoa, you really went digging deep down in the time vault for that one, brutha. A person coul d be 68 years old now and still have even been born yet when that one happened. Not really relevant to today (2023)

As for the killing of Diallo, that was "justifiable homicide".The 4 cops stopped their unmarked car. intending to question Diallo. When they ordered Diallo to show his hands, he ran up into the building entrance and reached into his pocket to produce what turned out to be his wallet. Fearing Diallo might have been drawing a firearm, the four officers fired 41 shots with semi-automatic pistols, hitting Diallo 19 times, fatally wounding him.

This is normal, standard police procedure, taught in every police academy in America for the past 50 years (to shoot if/when the suspects hands disappear from view). If only Diallo had been taught about that procedure in his schools, he wouldn't have reached into his pocket, and he would be alive today. Same thing with Terrence Crutcher, Philando Castille, Daniel Shaver, et al.

BUT they all attended schools run by airhead liberals, who know nothing about guns or law enforcement, or how to act in police confrontations.

Poor excuse. Are you a sociopath, too?
It's not an excuse. Excuses are for people guilty of wrongdoing. What Penny did was right, Neely is the one who was in the wrong. As are the dumbasses who put him back on the street, instead of in jail, where he should have been.

They are who need an excuse, and they don't have one.

He murdered Neely. Get it through your dumb thick head.

Murder isn’t even being charged. At best, it was involuntary manslaughter, but I expect that the violent criminal Penny restrained from injuring or killing others was on drugs and didn’t recover when the headlock was released like a normal person would. For some reason, the tox report is being suppressed.

How many folks did Penny harm that day? How many folks had Penny harmed on a train anyday?

You mean Neely.

Neely harmed three people on the subway, including breaking a senior citizen’s eye socket, and threatened to kill somebody that day.

The fault lies with leftists who don’t want to put violent blacks in prison. The criminal should have been in jail.
