Whoops! You're right manu. This is a Catholic institution run by Jesuits, and not a public one. The White House went too far in requesting that a religious institution cover up its symbols and Georegetown Univ. should've denied the request.

It doesn't matter if the POTUS is Christian or not, but this is going too far. Maybe there were pragmatic political reasons for it, but if the POTUS or any US official is going to make a public appearance in a religious institution, then they have to deal with the fact that it is a religious institution and not a secular one.
