CNN cut short the network’s town hall with President Trump Wednesday night by twenty minutes after Trump, backed by a wildly supportive audience (hand picked by CNN), took control of the forum from anchor Kaitlan Collins right from the start and never let up. The live event at St. Anselm College in New Hampshire was scheduled to run from 8 p.m. EDT until 9:30 p.m., however right before 9:10 p.m. Collins abruptly ended the town hall.

The CNN Town Hall was a 90 minute broadcast, though the network expected the actual event to go as long as 75 minutes. They stopped less than 70 minutes in. In other words, they could have gone longer if they wanted—which is usually what executives do with big ratings draws”

Yeah, it's G-P but a 90 minute broadcast is a 90 minute broadcast.....Not a less than 70 minute broadcast.
It does beg the question why it was cut so short.

She got her arse handed to her.

Trump probably caused CNN to lose another 100,000 viewers. :laughing0301:
I think it’s astounding that CNN HAND PICKED the audience and they still clearly were supportive of Trump.

I can only say the latter from reading the mercy rule piece and viewing the videos there.

See why Trump is seen as the major target by the left wing media? It’s quite clear why. He is still quite good at this.

Newsweek report the same...

Archived due to a Newsweek insistence that the article would only be opened in the app...

Caught a couple segments of it on Rumble....Was unwatchable because the nagging Karen doing the "interview" wouldn't stop interjectcting and was not allowing Trump to finish his answers.
That’s good for liberals and never Trumpers to see. Not all libs are rude. Especially independents.

Didn't you watch it? Trump kept repeating his old lies, name calling Jean Carroll.. claiming the election was rigged.

Then he began calling Collins names.

About all I saw was Collins kept pointing her boney finger at Trump.

Had it been me I'd have told to her to find a pocket to keep that finger in.

When Trump told a lie she repeated it back to him for confirmation.
And, he answered the question. It's your perception that it was a lie. You are prejudiced and cannot tell whether it's the truth or a lie. The fact is, Trump won for several reasons.:
1. Independent voters got to see how horrible the left journalists are during the townhall and after wards as well.
2. Trump didn't let her run all over him like McCain and Romney allowed.
3. He answered accurately on important questions like for the economy. Independent thinking people heard that and agree.
