I have never seen that anywhere in the world where whites and blacks cohabitate. Equal status has been given to blacks globally de jure, but they have been unable to achieve equal status de facto.

As the world becomes more civilized and more ethnically diverse, terms like "racial dominance" will likely become obsolete, however the answer to this question could be proven one way or another in the foreseeable future.

According to census trends in this country, the white population will no longer be the majority within this century, and we already know that the black population never has been, and considering the history of how blacks arrived here, and the fact that out of their 250 year presence on American soil, about 50 of those years have been spent as people with all the legal rights of real citizens, it is highly debatable as to how much and who within the white population has really strived for their equality.

Most history books that are truth based, very accurately outline that there in fact has been a small percentage of whites who have been champions for the rights of ALL people, and when decency, civil progress, and above all, the need to preserve the rest of the worlds perception of the American "freedom model" the rest of the population begrudgingly followed.

That being stated, America is NOT a "black and white" country anymore, and when whites eventually become a part of the minority, history could repeat itself, and the so called "racial dominance" of whites could come to a close.

Then we will see how whoever the majority is at that time handles their newly found "dominance".
