Favorite food you haven't enjoyed until recently

Forgot how much I loved steak on Texas chessetoast. One of the neighbors sent me a filet mignon with couple slices of Texas chesstoast last month. Was gone promptly and now when grocery shopping I'm buying those Texas cheesetoast boxes in the frozen food section with steak.

SO good oh man! Eat that every meal if I could.
