The fracking technology he opposed helped get those unemployment numbers back down to where they had been before he was elected.

It’s a recovery downward. Not an improvement downward. The ultimate net is flat, not lower. It took obama his entire term to get back to even. And it took fracking to help that happen. He opposed fracking.
