Not necessarily in this order but my top 5 are..
President James Polk
Domestically, Polk stabilized the U.S. banking system and lowered tariffs, but his most notable accomplishments occurred on the frontier. Polk successfully navigated the U.S.-Mexican War and added territory that now includes the states of California, Utah, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico and Oregon.

President Calvin Coolidge
Coolidge was the president who gave America “the Roaring ’20s,” when the economy and stock market boomed and American living standards soared. He cut tax income tax rates from 75% to 20%. He was in favor of limited government and was famous for saying that “the business of America is business.” Had he run for reelection in 1928 rather than handed over the reins to the hapless Herbert Hoover, the Great Depression would have likely been avoided.
He is also the only president to be adapted into a Native American tribe. Coolidge Summers In Black Hills, Adopted By Sioux. This Date in Native History: On June 23, 1927, the Sioux County Pioneer, a newspaper in south central North Dakota, reported that U.S. President Calvin Coolidge would be adopted into the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe. Too bad for that Lakhota wack job that a Republican is the only president to be adapted into her people's nation eh?

President James Monroe
As the last Founding Father to be president, Monroe often falls in the shadows of his better-known predecessors.
But Monroe deserves credit for his foreign policy achievements, including the establishment of the landmark Monroe Doctrine and the purchase of Florida from Spain. Monroe also maintained a surprising degree of political harmony in the U.S. and even ran unopposed for re-election.
Also Monroe was sending slaves back to Africa where he promoted the establishment of a new colony. Which is present day Liberia. The capital of Liberia is Monrovia. Only capital in the world outside of America named after a former American president. In 1824, the city was renamed Monrovia after James Monroe, president of the United States at the time. Monroe was a prominent supporter of developing the city as a place to relocate formerly enslaved Black people from the United States of America and Caribbean islands, as an alternative to abolishing the institution of slavery in America.

President Ronald Reagan
Just to see the left laugh out loud. It is interesting to speculate about why so many of the intelligentsia were anti-Reagan. For complicated reasons the intellectuals of the 1980s were almost reflexively opposed to Reagan’s policies. Unlike most intellectuals, who favored an expansive welfare state, Reagan favored only the limited programs associated with the New Deal of FDR but opposed the additions of LBJ’s “Great Society,” which he thought undermined family stability and the work ethic of the intended beneficiaries.
Most intellectuals also favored extensive regulation of business and “soak the rich” taxes, but Reagan thought those policies led to economic stagnation. Most intellectuals also favored détente, a policy that emphasized the importance of negotiating with the Soviet Union rather than a policy of containing and confronting communism. Reagan was not altogether opposed to negotiation, but he wanted to do so from a position of strength—after modernizing our military, a buildup that most intellectuals opposed.
These marxist doshonest intellectuals were mistaken and Reagan was proven correct. As the current generation of historians passes from the scene, Reagan’s reputation probably will rise because more people will be inclined to judge Reagan by the results, his success in reviving the economy and overcoming communism, and less predisposed to consider Reagan a failure because he did not conform to the policies favored by most liberal intellectuals. Although that is a rather flimsy hope considering what is running 95% of the schools today and what's graduating in the millions every year from the public schools and universities.
Reagan’s policies contributed significantly to the revival of the American economy and to our victory in the Cold War. In addition, almost everyone, friend and foe alike, understood that Reagan was a hopeful, decent, fair-minded man who embodied much of what is best in the American character. He lifted our spirits out of the doldrums of “malaise.” He reminded us that character is king.
