Even though it should be a no-brainer that it isn't, the reason that I'm asking the question is I do believe that it was justified in the Bible. It's still wrong to cheat on your spouse but not as wrong as killing them to me.

Even though it should be a no-brainer that it isn't, the reason that I'm asking the question is I do believe that it was justified in the Bible. It's still wrong to cheat on your spouse but not as wrong as killing them to me.
It never justifies it, but depending on the mental state of the cheated on spouse, it sure as hell may risk it, especially if the other spouse is caught in the act.

Some South American Countries it is legally justified unless it has changed recently.

Yes but he was talking about only those with a dangerous and unsound mind would agree with the OP so I wasn't sure if he was referring to my question or the fact that I said no that I was against it.
