Teacher is allowed to defend himself. But I'm not sure that's what's happening here. I don't think the student went up to this teacher, called him the n word and started attacking him. Either way, this teacher is fucked. He just ruined his career. Not to mention he'll probably be at the losing end of a civil lawsuit. This isn't the hood my friend. Kid might be looking over his shoulder at this school for using the n word, if there's a good size black population, but that's about it. Nothing else will happen to him, outside of a possible suspension or at worst an expulsion but I doubt this.
