2 people have already pled guilty to stealing the diary.

They then sold it to Project V and they were paid 40,000 for it and other items.

Project V even went to Florida to collect the items.

The story says that they tried to sell it to the Trump campaign but give them credit since they passed on this deal.

Still anyone with any moral compass would realize that the property did not belong to the 2 people and by obtaining these items it is still stolen property. That is the level of Project V displayed by its willingness to trafficking in stolen property.
