Moron. If thy right eye is causing you to sin, then better to remove the eye and save the soul. That has nothing to do with killing the unborn. The Bible says God places them in the womb. Then He must have a purpose for them. It's mankind that kills them and sends them back. Not God's idea. In fact, it was so important not to kill them, that he wrote it in stone. Thou shalt not kill.
Shows what he thinks of children
God gave the Egyptians every opportunity to stop the plagues. They continually made bad choices. And were left to the abilities of THEIR gods to save them. They belonged to THEIR gods. The God of Abraham had the Jews back. They won that battle and their freedom. And considering that death is gain, those innocents are fine. There is a misconception that all human beings are God's children. They are not. Even God makes the distinction. When the church is removed from the earth prior to the tribulation period, what's left are referred to as "earth dwellers", not children.

maybe the Almighty is a gal and wrote the opposite with meaning and the mortal destroyed them for that reason.

Ask the parents of a deformed child, or downs syndrome parent. Read the book Roy Roger's wife Dale wrote about their disabled child. Why do you think a disabled child is less worthy somehow? Did God have to make everyone perfect, every one the same to be a good God?
