The facts say that.Sez who?
It turns out he does.Turned out he doesn't pay taxes...
As suspected.
"Technicalities" are laws which thwart your nefarious schemes. There's one disclosure statement.
In matters of ethics it isn't a good thing for a judge to lean on a technicality.
"Charter" for what?My charter obliges me to operate under an ethical standard on which I've been thoroughly tested.
Any other dumbass questions?
The "stench" is al coming from the Dim jackals pursuing Thomas.
Another right wing fantasy.Every member of Congress has got his head buried up Soros's ass.
You condone that?
Of course you do.
S'matter? Scared Clarence can't survive an investigation & your right wing wet dream may be in jeopardy?I've already eviscerated you and your filthy-assed ilk 7 ways to Sunday, in pursuit of truth, justice, and the American Way!!
I'm more powerful than a speeding bullet!!
So fuck-off you poor excuses for an American.
Clarence caused the stench when he became Crow's "boy" on the SC.The "stench" is al coming from the Dim jackals pursuing Thomas.
Oh, now we get it. Because Thomas coud have made more money in private practice it's ok for him to accept "gratituties" to boost his lifestyle.Justice Thomas is more intelligent and better informed than anyone posting here. Furthermore, he is a scrupulously honest and ethical person. The chances that he would even consider comments by ignorant third parties (in the Media and Democrats) are approximately zero.
The essence of "corruption" is quid pro quo. His benefactor(s) have nothing to gain by his work as a USSC Justice, and he has no legal power to help them, even if he wanted to. If a case ever came up where his benefactor(s) had a vested interest, he would recuse himself. Of course.
The fact is that Thomas, like many public servants, has forgone financial opportunities that would have made him an extremely wealthy man had he chosen to resign from the USSC after a few years and go to work for a law firm. For this reason, certain people - politically aligned with Thomas - are willing to provide some non-cash benefits out of gratitude for what Thomas has sacrificed to serve the public.
Democrats need to get a grip.
Yea sure, so why hasn’t he been charged for tax fraud?Turned out he doesn't pay taxes...
As suspected.
Someone had to be the recipient, imbecile....That didn't happen, so who gives a fuck?
His company has......He's next.Yea sure, so why hasn’t he been charged for tax fraud?
Nice try.................show how Thomas has violated protocols,There's one disclosure statement.

Good point. It’s best to remember how Justice Thomas came into the SCOTUS. Dem Senators, back then, we’re maybe even more demonic than the shitfuckers who went after Kavanaugh. You are trying to apply meaningless political pressure to one of the most stoic men to have ever graced the SC bench.
Good luck with that.
nothing dems hate worse than a black man who has run away from their plantationGood point. It’s best to remember how Justice Thomas came into the SCOTUS. Dem Senators, back then, we’re maybe even more demonic than the shitfuckers who went after Kavanaugh.
Crow wasn't just redecorating his mom's house and paying her mortgage, he was paying his ward's tuition at prep school.
It won't happen because Donald Trump has already shown the Rightwingers, that ethics and integrity, and honoring the positions of leadership they are in and giving respect to the institutions, created by the founders in our Constitution,I'm not so sure....
His colleagues may deem him expendable and leave him hanging to demonstrate the integrity of the institution.
