Will the United States again respect Science?

I have also been alive long enough to know that everything the Liberal scientists say is 100+% bullshit.
Anything to sell a book.
As a hyper-partisan, prejudiced far beyond reason, please do not lace your orange Kool-Aid with disinfectants.

In your bizarre estimation, every nation on earth - with the conspicuous exception of your fellow travelers in Iraq, Iran, Turkey, Libya, Angola, Sudan, Yemen, and Eritrea - must be

Any religious group whose leaders state something not in their Scripture needs to smack the crap out of their leaders.
Jews have never been anti-science and thus no need to be earth centric.

That certainly applies to the Trump cult. His groveling true believers accept his relentless, self-serving lies without a modicum of actual evidence, and then become hysterical when judges (Trump-appointed ones included) adhere to the law by demanding it.

Horse crap.
His voter are the lower and middle class whose jobs were taken by Illegals and Business Visas.

When you can't address the content, you attack the source. What a fucking loser you are.
Crap is crap, and the package your present it in is beside the point. It's just that some packages are clearly labeled as to their invariable content.

I guess your blind faith won't allow to to accept the obvious explanation for 7 million more Americans voting for the Loser's opponent.
Most Americans who had disapproved of him for four years in poll after poll expressed their wish that he go away when they were finally given the opportunity to officially register their enduring sentiment.

Makes eminent sense without the need to contrive crackpot, paranoid fantasies.

If you polled Americans today, would they approve of lower gasoline prices or higher prices?

Maybe you don't know how it works in political forums given how new you are here, and the fact you try to stuff in as many ten dollar words in every post that you can. When somebody makes a claim and you just blow it off with no supporting evidence, it's not convincing in any way or form. You may not like the source, but if you bothered to read it, you'd find it has hyperlinks in there if you have any questions about the sources claims.

It makes sense? Tell us, what makes sense about it? A person was elected for president that's the oldest one in history, the most frail and fragile one in history, associated in an FBI investigation, a good percentage of people believe he has dementia, who can't even remember where he's at, and his platform (if allowed to move forward) would be devastating to our country, and yet he won? That doesn't make sense to anybody with logic, especially given how great our country was doing before this worldwide virus hit.

Most Americans recognize the global threat from anthropogenic climate change and the need to confront it.

That reality is not related to their preference that gasoline, Twinkies, jewelry, bathroom fixures, and beer all be cheaper rather than more expensive.

Rather than making snippy remarks about my lexicon, try to deal with the fact is that the preponderant acceptance of the reality of anthropogenic climate change by the world's climatologists and policy makers who are informed by the science is not amenable to the dogma of an ideological ilk that irrationally rejects that consensus.

(I also dismiss flat-earthers - Meet the people who believe the Earth is flat. - although they too will vigorously defend their aberrant notion.)

"Daily Caller" is a shamelessly propagandistic pabulum provider for a parochial ideological ilk. See Climate misinformation by source: Roy Spencer.

If you need to submit to the pissy party line that denigrates the choice of over 81 million Americans who confirmed that they prefer him to your Trump (after being exposed to Trumpery for four years,) you merely underscore the relative unacceptability of your failed casino operator and faded reality-tv performer in the estimation of the American People.

So this guys opinion is Gospel? Why is it the retired NASA scientist is not?

MMGB (or climate change as they call it) is a theory and nothing more. There is no empirical evidence behind it. When I was a child, our river caught on fire. Companies were allowed to dump their waste in the Cuyahoga river with the theory it will simply drift out into Lake Erie, which connects to all the other great lakes. It would dissipate into nothingness due to the amount of water. When the river caught fire, that theory was proven false. So we acted on that flawed theory because the evidence was empirical. Water doesn't catch on fire.

MMGW doesn't have that kind of evidence behind it. It's an assumption. Like all assumptions, some agree with them and some don't. But to pour the trillions of dollars we have into this theory, find out it's a failure, isn't grounds for dumping additional trillions of dollars.

Unless the Republicans can hold the Senate, Biden's plans will double (or more) our cost of fuel. People will suffer, have less money, be less comfortable, have a negative impact on our economy, and what do you want to bet not one environmentalist will be happy.

There is nothing failed about President Trump. Who was the last President that did more positive for the country than President Trump?

There is real science and there is democrat science. Only a fool would take democrat science seriously.
There is only science. It is non-partisan and non-political..at least..until the politicians and partisans get a-hold of it.

Republican 'science' is not a good look either...climate change deniers are among some of the stupidest people I've ever met.

They put idiots like Inhofe on the Science Committee.
You know - Climate change doesn't exist, because snowballs!

Most Americans recognize the global threat from anthropogenic climate change and the need to confront it.

Of course they do because it's been addressed dishonestly.

Would you like to see cleaner air and water?
Uh......yeah.

Now ask the question honestly: Would you be for cleaner air and water if it cost you an extra $1,500 a year? You would get totally different answers. Most would say the air and water is fine.

During the DumBama administration, his wife got him to force all restaurants to post calorie count on every food and beverage item they sold. While it didn't make one fat kid skinny, I thought Trump should do something similar.

Trump should force companies to post a green cost on every product they sell. If you buy a car for 25K, on the sticker of that car, it should be listed that 7K of that money you're spending went to making that car greener. If you buy a lawn tractor for 2K, it should have to list that $200.00 went to making that tractor greener. When you buy gasoline or diesel, the price should have to show 50 cents of every gallon went to greener fuel. When you get your electric bill, same thing. Do that right down to your can of peaches (yes, there is a green cost in peaches too).

If people realized how much we actually spend on green, most would lose interest in making anything greener, because it's costing us all a bundle.

Sad to say science is the secularist God, held with such uncompromising esteem, the findings can be manipulated to deliver intended results and weaponized to suit ones political agenda.

Your blind faith in your failed casino operator and faded reality-tv entertainer is noted.

Fortunately, the American People, by a margin of 7 million votes, have issued an eviction notice. Your demigod must vacate the public housing they had provided.

Also, the international community's commitment to confronting anthropogenic climate change (that is, assuredly, not a Chinese hoax as crackpots may imagine) bodes well for all but the hardcore ideologues in the defeated Cult of Trumpery.

Can the anti-science zealots cite even one credentialed climatologist still in denial?

Climate change is supposed to act as a giant wealth transfer to third world countries to compensate them for something. For purposes of wealth transfer India and China are considered third world.

No, because of endless lies and changes in the agenda to convince fools like you. There is a lot of money to be made.

Will the nation step up to face this enormous challenge that is already wreaking havoc?

WHAT havoc??? There is no "havoc." We've got a lot of problems in 2020 -- pandemic, rampant socialism and anarchism, Muslim terrorism, firestorms in California, riots and unchecked crime, cybercrime --- but the one thing we do NOT have is any problem with climate changes. The sea is where it's supposed to be. The weather is how it usually is. I think of you want even more excitement so you make it up. And clearly are all leftists trying to blame something that isn't happening at all on Trump.

Of course they do because it's been addressed dishonestly.
You are free to enlighten the international community informed by every climatological research institution on the planet of your unique, ideologically-derived insights.

Good luck with that.

Too late --- leftist so-called scientists are trying to run the world, by making themselves important by saying all their stupidest ideas are "science," see, and "real," see.
I've watched science pervert itself for decades now, from a sincere attempt to find out what is true, to self-promotion and self-enrichment and leftwing propaganda programs.

The fake pretense that Trump's voters are the unemployed is contradicted by Trump's fake pretense that he had created millions of jobs.

You are a special type of stupid...
They gained employment after Trump’s tax cut.
