It isn’t in their or their research donor’s best interest to find data that is contrary to their $$$ maker. Why try and accidentally stumble upon proof that cost them trillions? Sure, that is the way science is supposed to work, but scientists have long been willing to skirt the scientific method for politics and money. Sad but true. What would all these climate scientists do if it was definitively found that the world has gone through many similar cycles in its history and that humans are unable to stop them?

And even if we show accelerated or dynamic climate change has been that case in the last 50-100 years, are we to believe that same level of change has never occurred in any 50-100 year spurts in the last 4.5 Billion? Also, I find it hard to believe that too many white male conservatives driving combustion engine SUVs in Flyover USA are the core culprits and the industrial smoke stacks coming out of China and India are not.

The Climate Accord is Bullshit. It is a vehicle to hinder the US economically. China signs on and they are not held accountable anywhere near to the level that the US is. The carbon emissions by country validates that.

I don’t believe that for a moment. While the numbers may present on the surface - that is, developing alternates at a high right - China, like the US, is not motivated to transition to alternatives until those alternatives are proven to carry the economy on the same level as fossil fuels.

Because nothing supports a conspiracy theory like a rambling collection of empty assertions.

BTW, scientists know that the world has gone through different climate cycles for many reasons. They generally led to mass extinctions. Oh well, what do scientists care, so long as they can get those big-bucks, research grants. Sure, private energy companies pay a lot more to shill for them, but can they provide the satisfaction scientists find in pranking people into taking care of the planet for no reason?
