I think there is a difference between 'them' not providing evidence and you refusing to try and understand it.

It is almost universally accepted in the sciences that all life descended from a common ancestor. Evolution is the favored mechanism of how species came to be. My question to you is, do you accept this common ancestor theory, regardless of the actual mechanism?

The evidence I'm talking about is overwhelming. If you look at the fossil record you will find that before a certain time there were no mammals. After that time, there were mammals. Do you accept this? You are welcome to check the fossil record yourself, it is there for everyone to see.

science requires observation and the fossil record was not observed during its creation,,

I guess you don't believe in the moon since it was not observed during its creation. Same for Earth's gravity, atoms, oceans and most people, I'm sure. I understand enough about science to appreciate how silly you sound.
