While Jim Crow apartheid has ended, racism today has morphed into a more subtle form. It is not overt in practice but covert in policy and attitudes. The covert nature of racism allows members of the racist subculture to claim plausible deniability. The problem subculture in the white community has complained since the Civil Rights Act was passed and has consistently claimed fake discrimination they have taken to the supreme court time after time in the hopes of eroding equal protection under the law for non-whites. We now face perhaps an insidious and arrogant type of white backlash—whites who are “tired of hearing” blacks and other nonwhites protesting and complaining about white racism.

Rising out of the ashes of Jim Crow racism was an attitude of Laissez-Faire racism. As Jim Crow apartheids hold in America was removed, those feelings remained a vital part of the group belief in a portion of the white population. Instead of looking at the demands blacks made and continue to make as efforts towards true democratic equality, the racist subculture looks upon these efforts as infringements on their rights.

“Laissez-Faire Racism involves persistent negative stereotyping of African Americans, a tendency to blame blacks themselves for the black-white gap in socioeconomic standing, and resistance to meaningful policy efforts to ameliorate America’s racist social conditions and institutions.”

It's done here all the time, and undoubtedly you will see it in th upcoming responses.

This video is about how white racism has evolved since the Civil Rights Act.

There is no group more racist in this nation than blacks. You guys have issues with whites, hispanics, asians, EVERYONE! And guess what, all those groups unanimously think that the black community in general sucks, so maybe its YOU who is the problem. :dunno:
