Why do you think Jesus came here to deal with Satan and sin? He could have done that from Heaven.

That's an interesting question. Because there is no sin in heaven?? so the plan was, from creation, that Jesus had to come to earth and live as a man, although sinless? To bridge the gap between man and God that had been placed there by satan through the sins of Adam and Eve?? Satan had caused the first sin and the world and all men were infected. It took one perfect man, living a perfect life to give his life for us to bridge that gap. His perfection was the perfect sacrifice because in the grand scheme of things, his Blood was necessary to wipe away sin and his blood would wipe away our past present future sins. And when he died on the cross, satan thought he had won. But Jesus rises from the dead three days later....still sinless and satan has no reasons to condemn him because Jesus was sinless. Jesus beat death.

best i can do.

Jesus was God revealed to man. We got a glimpse of God through his son.

Why do you think Jesus came to earth? Why not just settle the score in Heaven?

For the Justice to be paid appropriately and fully, and the propitiary sacrifice to be valid and accepted, God had to punish sin in humans/a human. Jesus accepted this role, was punished and died a human. The debt was paid.

the 1st century was a confluence from the hope granted who survived the great flood and the resurgence of those that caused it -

the liberation theology granted a&e for their decision to control their own determination was at stake again as the many willing to die for that cause including the religious itinerant proved despite the climatic conclusion circumventing the new found hope. only by bringing the crucifiers to justice can humanity again aspire for remission to paradise.

Jesus' mission was two-fold. His dealing with sin is important to Christians, though attendant to his mission. Jesus came to establish his kingdom on the earth and to render his judgment on apostacy (in this case, apostate Judea).

I must preach the good news of the kingdom of God to the other towns as well; for I was sent for this purpose. (Lk 4:43)

For judgment I came into this world, that those who do not see may see, and those who see may become blind. (Jn 9:39)

He came first as the Lamb of God to redeem the righteous, then as the Lion of Judah to avenge the righteous. Jesus wielded a double-edged sword: on one side of the blade a blessing; on the other side a curse. Both of these events were for the benefit of the earth.

He should have done a better job. Look around, we still have people like putin and trump around, they are evidence the devil is alive and well, creating bad boys all the time.

You are absolutely correct. But we also know that Satan's winning of earth's domain came with a time span, and also an end to that time span. And clues as to when that time will end. We get the information from a couple of demons that ran into Jesus down here and where shocked. The demon said this:
"They began screaming at him, “Why are you interfering with us, Son of God? Have you come here to torture us before God’s appointed time?”

God is 100% Just as in justice as in the law. He will honor the time frame, according to their eternal clock where no more than a few second have passed by. It just seems like the bad has had it's way here since forever. And it has. Since Adam.
Where have you come from?" said the LORD to Satan. "From roaming through the earth," he replied, "and walking back and forth in it."

Here's how to recognize Satan:
Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.
He's still at it.

But, don't let the evil get the best of you, because Christ is coming back. For battle. As a Lion this time, not a Lamb. <He already fulfilled that role.
And according to the Bible, Jesus, the Christ and we win. :)

He had to come as the Second Adam to pay for what The First Adam did according to God’s Law.

it’s really that simple.
That's right.
By one man we became cursed and by one man we were redeemed. The key word is man. To fulfill Jewish Law, for Jesus to qualify as a kinsman redeemer, Jesus had to be related to Adam.

Here are the requirements to be a redeemer:
The first requirement was to be kin. He had to be related to man to intercede on our behalf.

‘Now if the means of a stranger or of a sojourner with you becomes sufficient, and a countryman of yours becomes so poor with regard to him as to sell himself to a stranger who is sojourning with you, or to the descendants of a stranger’s family, then he shall have redemption right after he has been sold. One of his brothers may redeem him, or his uncle, or his uncle’s son, may redeem him, or one of his blood relatives from his family may redeem him.

I'm glad you're going to win in your scenario but I thought Jesus had already saved you, saved everyone BUT it comes with that catch doesn't it. Sorry, I do not believe in your tribal religion but if it works for you that's great. Be at peace.

What catch? You have to believe and behave like you believe. What’s so hard to believe about that?

You are in bondage to your tribal god. When in reality we are all one with God.
Actually the Christian view is that we are rebels at war with God. We worship created things rather than the creator.

The original "fall" was the imposition of duality on the human mind (the fruit of the idea of good and evil). This how Jesus was necessitated by human error and why he refers to himself as the Son of Man, meaning propagated by human need. His message is re-connection with oneness. This oneness can only come about because The One mercifully provides a means of surmounting even this obstacle. It is only by this avenue that one can escape the hell of illusion, the division of the universe where none exists, that there is never ending death after painful, brief life.
False beliefs dominate and terrorize our race due to the original mistake of our physical progenitors. Jesus' words are connected to truth. The formalized overlay that has been applied by various interests has obfuscated the depth and, at the same time, the simplicity of his message. He said we have to become as children in order to understand. How many are doing that?

Jesus didn't stay dead long, did he?
