Zone1 Why do Protestants "always" try to insult Catholics?

Does Christ's Church stop being Christ's Church because there are sinners in it?

So you believe that humans can destroy Christ's Church?

Those humans... they certainly are powerful! Therefore, who needs Jesus?

That's what you'd have to believe to believe as Protestants do
Protestant churches do not cease to be churches because they are not Catholic.

Food for thought: The Catholic church insists that Mary was a perpetual virgin and had no other children besides Jesus. This does not make sense when held to the light of the Scriptures. Note that Jesus is titled as God's ONLY son, yet Mary's FIRSTborn son. If you are first, someone else is second, third, etc. Note also that the Bible does not name him JOSEPH's firstborn, only Mary's. Something I noticed while reading the Christmas story from Luke yesterday.

What,s wrong with Saint Benedict?
And what,s right with Melchisedech?
"Saint" is not an Apostle or Prophet. As I understand, they have to be dead to be called a "Saint" in the Catholic Church. Apostles and Prophets must be alive and run with authority the Church of Jesus Christ.
Your use of Melchizedek is due to a lack of knowledge about him. Abraham was the Prophet at that time. Not Melchizedek. Being a righteous leader of both land and church, he also held the high priesthood of the order of the Son of Man (Jesus Christ) Paul changed the order name to the Order of Melchizedek so as not to over use the name of the Lord in vain. Abraham paid his tithes to Melchizedek too. Like today, we pay our tithes to Bishops in local churches.

It has to do w/the Pope being infallible and all that other stuff.

It's simply not Biblical.

Which, unfortunately, comes out as mocking, insults and/or derision from too many self-proclaimed Christians.

Personally, I don't seek to offend anyone of any faith, or no faith.

Insults are not Christlike.
You don't seek to offend anyone?

If you speak the truth, offending people is a prerequisite.

Just as Christ and his apostles who all died a martyrs death for offending people because they demanded to speak the truth in order to bring people to Christ, who is the only path to God. That alone is offensive. But many have added to the offense by stating that not only is Jesus the only way to God, so is my specific church, whether it be Catholic or Protestant, but is that Biblical? I think that those who came to Christ among the apostles were saved, and not just those brought in by Peter.

But I agree that there is a difference between speaking the truth in love and offending people, and just trolling them for effect.
