Graduate from HS...get a full-time job...get married. In that order.

Is that a formula for success? Do people that you know who FOLLOWED that sequence have a pretty good life?

I think they do.

For me I follow a simple rule "Don't **** with people doing their job" Of course that means **** with people not doing their job, in both directions. Underperforming as well as not staying in their damn lane.

Dave Ramsey......a guy who fired a female employee for getting pregnant. She could have chosen abortion and he would have never known. Deciding to keep the baby, she got fired.

Dave Ramsey is a despicable human being.

I agree that finishing school and getting a job are necessary for a productive life, but plenty of productive people never married. In some ways, they’re more productive because they don’t have family demands.

Not for being pregnant, but for having premarital sex.

Also the suit was dropped.

He did not fire her for getting pregnant, he fired her for violating the company's “righteous living” policy that prohibits employees from engaging in premarital sex.

His company, his rules.

Dave Ramsey's company fires employees over premarital sex, court documents say

He kept on a male employee after his affair was exposed.

That doesn't mean it didn't happen. A real creep he is.

It means the pregnancy was the evidence of the breach of employment contract, not the cause.

The reason was premarital sex.

He fired the female employee.

The male employee did end up leaving after Ramsey thought it all bad P.R.

Oh well.

Welcome to employment contracts and at will employment.

Dave Ramsey kept his former star radio host, Chris Hogan, employed for over two years after his affairs were initially reported in 2018. The delay was primarily due to Hogan's critical role in the company's financial success and an internal focus on a "restoration plan" that included marriage counseling for his marriage rather than immediate termination.

During depositions in the discrimination lawsuits, Ramsey did acknowledge that the company made a mistake in how it handled Hogan's misconduct, but he defended his initial handling of the situation.

Yep, money over faux principles.
