Why Are Americans and Conservatives So Afraid of Socialism?

Oh the irony! You're one of the stupidest ones in here! :auiqs.jpg:

If you and your cohort dolts are actually so smart, then why haven't even one of you attempted to engage me in mature, intelligent conversation? All I get are ad hominems, childish insults, juvenile personal attacks, and the rest is canned propaganda.
That is all you throw when addressed,

I gave you mature accurate and intelligent answers and you launched into ad hominen.

He is correct

Well again, what you proposed is socialism. And it doesn’t work

YOU CAN'T POSSIBLY KNOW THAT and you don't know why! You have your brainwashing and you protect it. You don't want it upset. You're afraid to understand the truth. How pathetic is that?!

Instead of being a rude ass, you could just reflect on the fact that in every society through all time there has never been a society with anywhere near 100% employment. In the US we have a population of 330 million and a workforce of about half that at 157 million. There are many reasons some people do not produce anything for anyone. Think about it, or must I pedantically detail it out for you?
Many of those people are spouses or kids. Breadwinners cover their healthcare and expenses. Why don’t you identify where mooches are good for society. Go for it, you asked for a challenge

"Moochers" constitute about 3% of those. Your objections to "moochers" is moot since they are always with us and you have no solution that any society would consider proper.

Nope. 47%, why did you just lie?

Funny how socialists never mention all the taxes and income tax rate when they're spouting the wonderful benefits of socialism.

Denmark isn't a socialist country but their tax rate is about 45% and they are among the highest-ranking on the Happiness Index and on the Satisfaction With Life Index. Why is that?

There are no private property rights. Everyone owns a certain property

The means of production is state owned. There are no private businesses. Everyone owns the businesses

Whatever your fantasy of Socialism is, it is based on these 2 points only

1. Completely false.

2. Completely false.

3. Since 1 and 2 are completely false, it follows that 3 is also completely false.

Name one Western Democracy where either 1 or 2 is true.

The tax rates in social democracies are lower than the USA and their taxes cover health insurance.

Canada pays 33%. The USA pays 37%, and Canada's tax rate includes our health insurance. Your health insurance is extra.

Thanks. But point of clarity for me because I'm not clear. "Canada pays 33%" of what? (versus USA paying 37% of "it".)

The post I responded to said that income tax rates in socialist countries are higher than the USA. But income taxes in all socialist countries includes health insurance, and American health insurance is not included in taxes.

When you factor in the cost of health insurance in the USA, then you're paying a LOT more than anybody else.

Thanks, and GOOD POINT!!

Bullshit.
Between your federal income tax, your state income tax, your payroll tax that is applied to Medicare/Medicaid, and your health insurance deduction or expense, what percentage of your income do you pay out for these expenses?
