What will happen if Swine Flu Virus mutates this Fall and Winter?

I have heard some horror stories, with regrads to what may transpire if the H1N1, aka Swine Flu virus mutates this coming fall.

Scientists are predicting that millions may die world wide. If the H1N1 virus mutates? Can any one else confirm these predictions.

From what I know about this virus, it has the capability to mutate on its own.
What are the odds.

No but seriously if that happens it will suck pretty bad. The flu kills thousands of people each year and a stronger version means even more people will die from it.
