I enjoy the fact that I left the Catholic cult decades ago and no longer live in fabricated and imagined fear like you do. We have long ago left the cave where we had no protection or guns to ward off what you call every sort of foul and loathsome beast and bird on earth. Many have also left the scare and fear tactics of their elders that there are monsters and goblins and devils out to get us. But, hey if that works for you, who am I to say?

I’ve watched you flail around trying to come up with a good reason for why Paul would commit blasphemy and treason. There aren’t any. Paul had nothing to gain and everything to lose preaching Jesus is God. The only possible reason he preached that is because he believed it. As such his only option was to side with God for the sake of his soul which he knew was real due to Jesus rising from death.

The Jews believed God came to them, too, in their Most Holy Place, though periodically and through a select few. They tried to differentiate themselves from the polytheistic religions all around them, though failed. They struggled with their monotheism.

Christianity is a much cleaner departure, repudiating even Judaism.

But there's another key one:

The Trinity.

Any religion that has a monotheistic God, yet claims that their God is love, is wrong. In their religion, God has nothing or no one to love--as love needs an object. Christianity does have this in the Trinity.

It is irrational dogma concepts of God should make sense. Christianity is based on old and common pagan religions and the classic hero myth. Coming back form the dead Egypt had that long ago. Heaven and Hell thats Zoroastrianism or dualism. Its rehash of old beliefs taken from many older religions.
