and saw the risen Christ after he was crucified and resurrected. And that’s why they worshipped Jesus as God.

don't even try to make "HEADS OR TAILS" of that idiotic crucifixion story

There are many things of great value buried and hidden in that idiotic crucifixion story just like there are many hidden things in that idiotic story of the creation of heaven and earth, the talking serpent, and the "fall of man".

If you look and look and keep on looking, you will find it. It's about as hard as learning the moral of a fairy tale.

Don't be so lazy.

The kingdom of heaven is like hidden treasure lying buried in a field. The man who found it (Jesus) buried it again.

I will give you treasures from dark vaults, hoarded in secret places, that you may know that I am the Lord, the God of Israel who summons you by name.

zing is correct, the crucifixion / resurrection is what the christian bible is based on, miracles and commandments that never existed - called their beliefs they use to verify their entire religion.

not the repudiation of judaism represented by the itinerants death as did occur they unnecessarily caused would have proven.

liberation theology, self determination - the 1st century events the christians purposely redact in their 4th century bible - using instead madeup beliefs that have never existed.

Newspaper taxis appear on the shore. Waiting to take you away. Climb in the back with your head in the clouds.

And you're gone. :113:

Sounds like an invitation, not a warning.

Christianity uses threats and fear to control people. Come to Jesus or youre going to hell. Thats not civil.

so claims the worshipers of the heretic moses and their phony commandments - et al ...

How else do you explain the NT?
I will answer that if you give a straight answer as to whether or not "God" inspired all of the Old Testament (as Paul said), that the laws in there were all given by God, including slavery, that the laws were to NEVER be abolished until heaven and earth passes away, and if your Jesus is also God.

I find it interesting the cherry-picking that goes on among alleged Christians who say the OT laws were only for that time period, when nowhere does it say that and Jesus himself said they would never pass, and try to use some guy named Paul, who CLAIMED a vision, never met Jesus and then says the "LAW" dies on the cross when Jesus never said any such thing.

You are famous for ignoring the OT as if the slavery passages are not there, that homosexuals are abomination is not there and trying to say that Jesus (God) said we can all forget about those nasty laws now when he (allegedly) said he was here to FULFILL (obey) those laws.

We dont live today by 3000 year old Jewish civil law in Leviticus.
