What are Putin's Options for Revenge that he has promised?

Your English is pretty good.

The fact that you can see it demonstrates that your English is pretty good.
The only positive thing I can say about Zavulon is that he is very fluent in English. Suspiciously so for a Russian.

You do when the fence is built of missiles pointing at the neighbour.
If the missiles are DEFENSIVE SAMs with no offensive capability, it's perfectly okay. After all Russia lines its borders with SAMs and mobile offensive missiles.

If Ukraine had kept their nukes or Russia had kept their promises, this would all be moot and the two countries would be at peace.

Thank you, but I know it's not really true. They say, that you know English good when you can read, understand and explain Joyce's "Ulysses". And it still stays on my "Now-read" English bookshelf, barely touched, looking at me with mute reproach while other books are have been read and proceeded.

So, my English level is definitely not "good". It's merely "medium".

Actually, I mean CIA's advertising banner they've demonstrated in Washington's underground, and it is more about its Russian part.

In Russian language you can't just turn verbs in nouns (not as easily as in English), and the noun "Vladenie" means "ownership" (more like even "real estate", when you use it with "Vashe" "your" ) but it's understandable.

But even if you just starting study Russian, its very basics, you must know about singular and plural forms. And if you start the phrase as "Your ownership/estate (one can get idea that he means "knowledge") of foreign languages" even the first year student should understand that the word "ownership" (even if you mean "knowledge") is singular, and, therefore, the correct form of the verb "to be" in the English part of the phrase should be not "are" but "is". Like "Your knowledge of the foreign languages is vitally important to our national security".

So, the message they actually delivered was "Our ignorance and lack of the interest in the foreign languages and cultures is vitally dangerous to our national security. We are the bunch of uneducated fools and we even don't realise how ignorant we are. Don't work with us, if you really interested in saving your life or achieving your goals".

You never shared your credentials, are you a real expert?
Did you shared your credentials? "There are no girls in the internet", they say. Same way, there are no experts, too. Anyway, it all depends on the definitions. If by "expert" you mean a payed guy who tells some stupid lies over TV, it's definitely not me. I'm more gathering information type (by my military trainings) rather then spreading it. But, right now I'm a civilian and all what I do - is making nice and pleasant conversations, talking mostly about books, movies, games, wars, politics and other interesting stuff, slowly, but steadily improving my English. That's all.

As for so called Novichok other Countries also had the capability to have that stuff, the British research facility at Porton Down chemical and biological establishment run by the MOD is just down the road from where the Skripal incident took place, coincidence? also they tell us Novichok is the most deadly militry grade nerve agent known and yet no one died from a so called attack, i call the whole thing a fabricated propaganda stunt, by the way are the Skriplas still alive? i rather doubt it dead bodies can't talk.
Yes. Actually we have only two facts here:
1) Two Russian citizens were lost in the Britain;
2) Instead of proper procedures, British government just lie.

The simplest explanation I see is that both of them were kidnapped and murdered by the British officials.

Many Russians are fluent in English. It's not that difficult. Chinese, with all it's dialects, tonal systems, characters is a way more difficult to study.

There is no such a thing as a "defensive SAM with no offensive capability", you know.

After all Russia lines its borders with SAMs and mobile offensive missiles.
We defend our borders and our people. The USA send their missiles to our borders to kill our people and hire European thugs to kill us.

I think that is quite probable, they are more than capable of it, if they were alive they would be doing book signings and having films made about how they survived the evil Russian attack, i have believed it's been total bullshit from day one, same as the so called Novichock attack on Navalny, if those Skripals were alive they would have surfaced by now somewhere, also what about the Skripals family back in Russia have they had contact with them? i know the Cousin of the Skripal girl was refused a visa to visit the UK after the attack to see her and the British refused to provide any information to the Cousin or any other family members, it's as if the Skripals never existed they have just vanished, i have seen the whole thing as one of a long line of false flags concerning Russians, it's been a huge black op for years to keep the people onside for the West.

I feel that if you dismiss a published article by someone with credentials you'd be taken more seriously if you had your own to offer.

Sergei Skripal, was a former Russian military officer and double agent for the British intelligence agencies. Ockham's Razor says that it is more likely he was killed by Russia for revenge than assassinated by Brits with whom he was already cooperating.

I am well aware who he was, he spent several years in a Russian prison for his treachery so if Russia wanted him dead they could have killed him when they had him, you are talking nonsense, the whole Salisbury story just does not ring true it's full of holes i have followed it for a long time, and i don't believe Novichock was involved at all or they would have been dead at the time, they have not been seen since they left Hospital in Salisbury, what happened to them?

Why kill him when he was not a threat? Alive he was valuable enough to trade for Russian spies in the US.

Why kill yesterdays man anyway? if Russia wanted him dead he would be and not by some ridiculous story about a nerve agent being smuggled into the UK, when he could just have had a road accident or a heart attack.

There is a lot of articles, including Putin's "About Unity of Russian and Ukrainian people", by people with credentials. There are a lot of articles from both Ukrainian and Russian sides (and from the different political, ethnical and economic groups inside both those countries). There are a lot of books (including those, who predicted this conflict in advance). There are few problems that don't allow you to read them - first of all, you neither speak, nor read Russian. Second - most of your Media and IT infrastructure ban or half-ban those materials (as Russian propaganda). Last, but not least - it doesn't fit your chauvinistic mindset. You believe that Russians are an Army of Zombies lead by the might Dark Lord necromancer, or a horde of the brainwashed goons, lead by evil and stupid dictator. You simply can't believe that the Russians are rational people who who do what they actually believe is necessary to be done.
From another hand - is a fish aware about existence of the water? For the Russians The Cult of Victory (or, say widely - The Cult of Mother Wet Soil) is even more natural and integrative part of the mindset than believe in effectiveness of antibiotics or vitamins is natural to Americans. (Do you have a lot of articles by the authors with credentials who explaine why most of Americans believe in antibiotics? Its natural thing. They believe in antibiotics because antibiotics works and, say, cow shit doesn't work). When the Russians do think how they are different from the other nations (self-determination with "Significant other" approach) its usually take of form of a joke, like in the popular song "Sergeant Vasily"

"Somewhere beyond seas and oceans,
Live by themselves Americans.
They watch TV-series and eat burgers.
And they believe that they are a God-choosen nation,
While visually Americans are just like us"

Why kill him when he was not a threat? Alive he was valuable enough to trade for Russian spies in the US.
He was officially pardoned by the President of the Russian Federation. If you give an order to kill a man who was officially pardoned by you - your own subordinates will be much lesser motivated to work with you in future. That's why they don't do it without really significant reasons.
