Bullshit. Politicians run things. They are subject to getting reelected. Business leaders in the private sector don't have to worry about getting reelected. And, let's not skip the "slave thing." Because slavery is what capitalism is all about.

America's economic model isn't going to change, so you might as well pack up and move to a socialist country.

You can't have capitalism without mass marketing of goods and services. The poor buy these goods and services, thus making the rich richer.

Even poor people have smartphones, internet, ac, vehicles, free food, etc. Is this a great country or what.

When I was among the working poor I didn't feel exploited because I knew I was going to advance. Many of the poor are entry level workers, but don't remain so very long.

It's a rich county that can afford 15 million unfilled job positions and still thrive economically. In a socialist country those 15 million would be paid by the state to stand around doing nothing.

The wealthy definitely are acting responsibly.

**** you and your "blame the poor" bullshit. It is as much bullshit as everything else you have to say. I wonder who pays you to spout such filth. You should go to my thread in the politics section called, The effect of money in politics." Read the thread, watch the short videos. Also, do you know what it would cost to lift every American out of poverty? $168 billion! With all the trillions this country is in debt, that isn't a lot of money. And in the thread I suggested, you will find out in the first video why this country has the amount of debt that it has. Guess what. It isn't because of the poor!
Pull up the case histories of poor people and you'll find crime, addiction, mental illness, lack of education, lack of ambition, laziness, poor choices, self-inflicted poor health, countercultural lifestyle, or simply satisfied with a spartan lifestyle. Also, many are only temporarily poor and soon get back on their feet.

You worship the poor for some reason. Let's hope you are always poor.

Hitler used class warfare to gain support and the jews were wealthy bankers and shop owners at that time.... so he blamed them for everything... sound familiar libs?...
It does to me. French Revolution did the same and burned books, too.

This is not a Class warfare. It is nationalism at it's last stage - nazism. Nothing to do with Left.

Yeah. Collective ownership means perpetual struggle for control, perpetual political conflict. **** that shit.
Socialism replaces economic struggle with political struggle. Never really thought of it in those terms, but it seems accurate.

Socialism would work if people were highly productive and could share in the fruits of their labor. Oh wait, that would be capitalism.

Socialism would only work if normal people were satisfied NOT to receive the benefits for their efforts. The core of socialism is that everyone gets the same benefits whether or not they contribute the same efforts. So the capable people don't work any harder than the lazy or incapable ones diluting their intelligence and efforts.
