I just upgraded Smart Defrag on my wife's machine and during the upgrade it asked if I wanted Conduit.com to be my default search engine. I indicated no (unchecked the box) and loaded the new Smart Defrag. It loaded the Conduit.com anyway and it just took me an hour to find and remove all the settings, not to mention uninstalling Smart Defrag permanently, (unless they can provide an adequate explanation as to what happened).
It's too bad. Smart Defrag is hundreds of times better than the generic defrag Windows has built in.
