Because it was too cheap to hire guards or put locks on certain items?
Maybe they quit using it as an excuse. CA aren't the only one like that.
Walgreen's new slogan:
“At the corner of happy and healthy, except San Francisco"
If you have to hire guards, its time to leave.Because it was too cheap to hire guards or put locks on certain items?
Economics students learn in their 101 classes that basic markets can’t function without a few prerequisites — namely, the protection of private property rights. It’s an introductory concept because it’s almost self-evident: How can people do business if they’re not secure in their property and profits? Yet the furthest-left faction of today’s Democratic Party, which governs in the most liberal bastions such as San Francisco, has abandoned even this most basic lesson. And, just as econ 101 predicted, stores are abandoning the California city in droves.
Just this week, the pharmacy chain Walgreens announced that it will close five of its stores in San Francisco, citing theft and retail crime as the main motivator behind its decision.
That makes 15 Walgreens closes. Are there any left? Thieves will just have to rob UPS, FED EX and Prime.
All Walgreens in the city are now gone. Other stores will, surely follow until commerce is non existent. Then delivery trucks will be hijacked. These thefts are justified by claiming that the stores are insured so stealing from them doesn't hurt anyone and there are no real losses. You know what else is insured? Homes. Homeowners insurance covers theft. Watch that home invasions become as justified as shoplifting.Unfortunately, there's truth in jest.
Yet, through all the smoldering ashes and devastation, they will never accept blame for their own actions.
They will place ALL the blame on Trump or Republicans. CNN told them who to blame...the mindless herds obey
Because it was too cheap to hire guards or put locks on certain items?
What law are they not enforcing? So they should stay in a Democrat run city that doesn’t enforce the law? What wonderful logic.
What law are they not enforcing?
I can tell you have no law they are not enforcing.Thank you for making my point.
Absolutely stunning for sure.It blows my mind how you havent accidently killed yourself yet.
