1. "Vin Scully, Voice of the Dodgers for 67 Years, Dies at 94

The team has had many great players since World War II, but it was Mr. Scully, a gifted storyteller and a master of the graceful phrase, who became the enduring face of the franchise.

2. His death was announced by the Los Angeles Dodgers.

For all the Dodgers’ marquee players since World War II, Mr. Scully was the enduring face of the franchise. He was a national sports treasure as well, broadcasting for CBS and NBC. He called baseball’s Game of the Week, All-Star Games, the playoffs and more than two dozen World Series. In 2009, the American Sportscasters Association voted him No. 1 on its list of the “Top 50 Sportscasters of All Time.”

3. You won't find this in the Democrat media reports:

"Vin Scully rails against socialism during Dodgers broadcast

“Socialism failing to work, as it always does, this time in Venezuela. You talk about giving everybody something free and all of a sudden, there’s no food to eat. And who do you think is the richest person in Venezuela? The daughter of Hugo Chavez. Hello! Anyway, 0-and-2.”

Who'd you vote for????

People like him are dying off, so the left can rejoice.

The approach of fascism is giving meaning to Americans' hate for socially responsible government!

And this cow brings the message of hate home every day with her using this board as her outlet for her personal issues.

You are right, we should have waited for you to come round and spew hate toward this obvious white supremacist who lived a privileged life.

Now go play in the street somewhere.

Hating me too is actually fulfilling my goal on this forum now. Can Biden's big bill save America from a fascist takeover of your democracy?

A legendary broadcaster and my personal favourite. I was very pleased he got to witness one more championship while he was still living. Even with his passing, it will always be "time for Dodger baseball".
