Well then....... There's that. Texas can arrest and try to deport them. But apparently Mexico isn't going to give them the chance.

Mexico says it will not accept migrants deported by Texas under new state law

March 19 (UPI) -- Mexico will not accept migrants deported by Texas, its foreign ministry said after the U.S. Supreme Court let stand a controversial law that allows Texas police to arrest people suspected of crossing into the state illegally.

The foreign ministry issued the statement Tuesday, condemning Texas Senate Bill 4, which makes it a criminal offense to illegally cross in to Texas via the Texas-Mexico border. The law also requires Texas judges to order those convicted to be returned to Mexico.

Messko already made a choice when they allowed the indigent squatters to enter their country...Fuck 'em.

Mexico is mostly a libertarian ideology. Their government is not going to stop people from leaving their country. That would be authoritarian. No more than ours would.

Fine, just set-up a compound in TX and incarcerate them.....When Trump is elected he can direct ICE to send them back.

They can call it Andersonville on the Pecos for all I care.
And knowing that they will be incarcerated in a make-shift jail will disincentivize them to cross the river.

Path #1: Come in, where you will be welcomed, flown to cities throughout the U.S., where you will get free hotel rooms, three meals a day, maid service, and medical care, and maybe even a pre-paid debit card.

Path #2: Come in, where you will be promptly arrested and placed in jail. You will get very basic food, and be assigned duties to carry out within the jail - from doing laundry to cleaning the lavatories.

Which is more encouraging?

New Texas law allowing police to arrest migrants back on hold

The Supreme Court on Tuesday gave Texas the go-ahead to enforce a new state law authorizing police to arrest and detain people for illegally crossing the border from Mexico, but hours later a federal appeals court reinstated an injunction blocking the law from being implemented.

The Texas law was supposed to go into effect March 5, but was paused by the high court for two weeks while the justices considered emergency requests from the Biden administration and immigrant rights groups to keep the statute on ice while legal challenges proceed arguing that the measure intrudes on federal authority over immigration.

The conservatives on the Supreme went against precedent set in the 2012 AZ case when it ruled states can not set their own immigration policy.

even path 2 is far better than where most of them are coming from.

Wow. The Biden Administration sure is fighting tooth-and-nail to import as many 3rd-world, semi-literate, unskilled foreigners in as possible, causing harm and expense to American citizens.

Why isn’t this treason?

It doesn't matter.... Texas does not have to make sure that the deportees have a place to land.
Hell Mexico doesn't ask permission to allow hundreds of thousands of Mexicans to cross over every year then Texas doesn't need Mexico's permission to send them back.

Mexico will take back Mexicans from Texas ... they said they have no responsibility to take back non-Mexicans ...

If we want more co-operation from the Mexicans ... we'll need to annex ...

Yeah that makes sense and I don't blame them for saying that. Texas and Mexico have a massive trade relationship that I seriously doubt Mexico would want to damage.
