Simple enough solution. Stop deploying them to other countries...

Okay, kind of time to get real here. Even at REDUCED levels of spending, the US Spends more on military stuff than the next 10 countries combined, and of those 10 countries, most of them are allies.

The reality is, military force isn't cost effective at solving problems. We spent a trillion dollars in Iraq and didn't accomplish anything.
