um.,....no, a boner pill is a pill....abortions are medical procedures...not a substance, such as a potion, used to treat a disease.....I suppose you could argue that it's part of the science of medicine, but we aren't using the phrase medicine in the context of praticing medicine, which would require a license to do.

The thread is about misopriostol which is a pill like Viagra is a pill.

This thread is not about in person surgical abortion procedures as it's kind of hard to do surgical procedures via mail.

IN Some states Marijuana is still illegal.

just because you bought it at a head shop in Colorado doesn't mean that you can bring it into the state of Georgia legally.

And mail order recreational drugs have ALWAYS been illegal.

Diet pills are forbidden in the state of TN....it's always been illegal to mail order them in TN. I would assume the same is true for morning after pills and other abortion pills as well.

State's rights....
Each state has its own individual rights and the neighboring state may not infringe upon those rights. Nor can the Federal Government infringe upon those rights.

Meaning.....
Marijuana may not be forced to be legal in all 50 states... nor can abortion pills be forced to be legal in all 50 states.
