Apparently, Donald Trump believes that women get pregnant from looking under a rock. After all, he wants to ban abortion, except in his case, and punish women for getting one, but not the man or the physician.



In less than two days, after Trump bit himself in the behind with this revelation, MSNBC’s “The Last Word” with Laurence O’Donnell unearthed an audio tape of an interview between Donald Trump and raunchy old radio host, Howard Stern. Trump talked about urging his former mistress Marla Maples to have an abortion.

Which she has every right to do, and Trump is at liberty to express his opinion as well – all protected by the Constitution’s guarantee of a right to privacy.

Trump of course couldn’t ‘compel’ his mistress to have an abortion, but urging her to have one is perfectly legal and appropriate, where the mistress is at liberty to make the final decision herself, absent unwarranted interference from Trump or the state.

Snag is, most republicans and conservatives are hostile to the right to privacy, and advocate government compelling a woman to give birth against her will through force of law; something the presumptive GOP nominee obviously disagrees with.
