Trump wants $230,000,000.00 from the US taxpayer.

Yet in the entire report, he never used the word "senile", or any direct equivalent.

Such as if Biden sued Hur for claiming he was "senile", Hur would have a complete defense that he never used any such words, or word equivalents.
Of course he used a direct equivalent

He used the words that define senile

The point if this thread is to deflect from the fact the prior admin violated trumps rights
They didn't. The point of this thread is to talk about who gets to decide if Trump's rights were violated.

It's absolutely appalling to think Trump gets to decide this for himself.

Of course i can say he came out and said it, because he did

Of course i know his intent, we don’t have to look beyond the plan meaning of the words he used
Except the words don't only mean "senile"

As they apply to different circumstances as well.

The lawsuit isn’t just about the bogus classified documents case. It is also about the alleged Russian interference in the 2016 campaign and his involvement, which was nothing more than a hit job.
If it was a "hit job" how come so many of the people around Trump got convicted.
That the Russian GRU, and direct Russian government ties to the Trump campaign.
Remember, the investigation started from an NSA intercept that flagged a national security alert.

Of course he used a direct equivalent
Only in your feeble imagination.

Knowing if he called Biden senile (or it's equivalent) he could not simultaneously claim that Biden had willful intent.

You see the catch-22?

Which means your claim that Hur meant "senile" has to fail.

Who gets to decide if the boats Trump blew up off the coast of Venezuela actually had drugs, or drug smugglers?

This is why we (up until MAGA) demanded people of integrity, because of the almost unlimited power they wield.

The constitution clearly stated that the people the government puts into important positions of power or control, only do so with the "advice and consent" of our most deliberative body.

The U.S. Senate is nicknamed the "world's greatest deliberative body" due to its design and historical reputation for fostering thoughtful and extended debate on legislation. This tradition stems from several key features intended by the framers of the Constitution to distinguish it from the more populist House of Representatives.

When this body yields it's responsibility to one man, this is what happens.

He didn’t create the laws

And he doesn’t the cases were filed in 2023 and 2024

Obviously there was no case they would of tossed it

Using the words hat define senile are the equivalent of using the word

So no one cares about conflict of interest anymore?
Do you think someone’s case should simply be dismissed? The fact he beat xiden in the election doesn’t change the fact of what happened

It should be deferred until he leaves office at the very least.

Otherwise you're setting up a system where the president can legally pillage the government whenever they feel like it.

They were convicted of other crimes and some process crimes, not related.

A fair number of them were convicted for lying about their connections and communications with Russians.

In that context, it makes their campaign look highly suspicious and warrants investigation.

Which means Trump's complaint is worthless.

Biden and integrity don't belong in the same sentence. This is not the thread for it, but the entire Hunter fiasco was about as improper and potentially treasonous as anyone could imagine.

Obviously [if] there was no case they would of tossed it
They know Trump's litigation record. If they tossed it, Trump would have tied them up in court endlessly, and at great expense to the federal government.

It was cheaper to let the cases proceed knowing the DOJ would ultimately be able to reject the claims, rather than to toss them out.

So no one cares about conflict of interest anymore?
Trump knows any lawsuit to settle the issue, takes three years to make it through the USSC.

It's like the emoluments lawsuit. Or the classified documents case. With all the lawfare Trump's lawyers can throw at the case, it will be like demolishing the East Wing.

Too late, already done.

You mean like being associated with the Trump campaign and lying about talking to the Russians.
