You couldn't argue any bias if your life depended on it.

In what the rest of us call reality, it was proven that the prosecution was biased.
I’m not sure but is this the guy where the numb nuts judge ordered the flight turned around in mid flight and when Trump did not “obey” Trump was charged and guilty? The guilty was later overturned unanimously by people with brains?
 
From my perspective, it is rational to respect legal verdicts, including adjudications of legal appeals, rather than second-guess them whenever I don't like them.

If you differ, so be it.
Usually, you numb skull, people who appeal adverse court decisions do not respect those decisions.
