Trump wants $230,000,000.00 from the US taxpayer.

Release of audio: In May 2025, audio recordings of Biden's interviews with Hur were released, sparking renewed scrutiny and debate over the accuracy of Hur's description of Biden's mental state.

Hur literally said he couldn't prove it beyond a reasonable doubt.
you seem confused, a little senile maybe....but here's the report:

Our investigation uncovered evidence that President Biden willfully retainedand disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a privatecitizen. These materials included (1) marked classified documents about military andforeign policy in Afghanistan, and (2) notebooks containing Mr. Biden's handwrittenentries about issues of national security and foreign policy implicating sensitiveintelligence sources and methods. FBI agents recovered these materials from thegarage, offices, and basement den in Mr. Biden's Wilmington, Delaware home.

He leaves NO DOUBT as to what his investigation uncovered.

t. Prosecution of Mr.Biden is also unwarranted based on our consideration of the aggravating andmitigating factors set forth in the Department of Justice's Principles of FederalProsecution. For these reasons, we decline prosecution of Mr. Biden

those aggravcating and mitigating factos are the fact he's senile

: of, relating to, exhibiting, or characteristic of old age
senile osteoporosis

You're saying Hur thinks Biden has low calcium levels?
I am saying, and Hur made clear, Xiden is and was exhibiting signs of old age.

Note: Due to its negative connotations, use of senile relating to cognitive decline is now typically avoided in medical contexts and may be considered offensive in general contexts.
again, I totally get why he didn't come out and just say it. He was sparing Xiden's feelings. I don't have a problem with that.

Hur made clear Xiden was senile

How did Hur make it clear, by using every other ambiguous term EXCEPT the unambiguous senile.

Poor memory doesn't mean senile.
I knew kids in grade school with poor memories.
As you have already highlighted using that term has grown out of fashion.

but when Hur stated this "In addition. Mr. Biden's memory was significantly limited, both during hisrecorded interviews with the ghostwriter in 2017, and in his interview with our officein 2023. " pretty clear and unambiguous to me that he was saying Xiden was feeling the effects of old age and therein senile

where he couldn't remember even things about his son's death? ????

Amid long, uncomfortable pauses, Joe Biden struggled to recall when his son died, when he left office as vice president, what year Donald Trump was elected or why he had classified documents he shouldn't have had, according to audio Axios obtained of his October 2023 interviews with special counsel Robert Hur.

Why it matters: The newly released recordings of Biden having trouble recalling such details — while occasionally slurring words and muttering — shed light on why his White House refused to release the recordings last year, as questions mounted about his mental acuity.

  • The audio also appears to validate Hur's assertion that jurors in a trial likely would have viewed Biden as "a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory."

You don't seem to understand the concept of economic specialization and competitive advantage.

We are really good at growing things. Amazingly good. That's our competitive advantage.

Trade is how we exploit competitive advantages. It's a good thing.
I do understand that

But any virtue will become a vice if carried to the extreme

If canada offers something America doesent have - a lifesaving drug for instance - Canada deserves to be rewarded because I trust their basic good will

But not china

We should not depend on them for anything necessary for our health or well being

You’re entitled to your opinion, but that doesn’t mean the same as having evidence to prove it beyond a reasonable doubt.

the evidence is already there. Biden would have had to have removed the classified material from its place of custody, likely a scif, and obviously didnt return it. If you are suggesting he had them and forgot about them, thats still mishandling informarion.

Also, you cant avoid the wilful disclosure of the information. That proves he was aware.

There are plenty of opportunities for classified documents to be accidentally mixed in with personal documents throughout a long senate and executive career.

The mere presence of the documents doesn’t prove willfulness.

True, but Hur found xiden did it willfully

Heck they had a witness, Xiden’s own ghost rider that told them Xiden bragged about having classified documents

Really?... are you suggesting the handling of classified materials is just willy nilly? Just leave them laying around so they can get mixed in with other papers? I dont think the government is that careless with things like that. Any material viewed in the scif cannot be removed from it.

Also, the Hur report already told us that Biden wilfully did so.

Xiden actually took classified documents out of their original storage, and placed them in his own files and labeled rhem personal to hide them

As an executive, yes. That’s exactly what happens. Classified information is handled in an open manner.

When it comes to being a senator, his documents were bios from foreign tour he took decades ago. These would have been included in his travel packet and easily missed. They’re low level documents, and handling documents back then wasn’t quite the same as now.

When did the law change about hanging over documents?

What’s the point of classified documents if it’s handled in an open minor?

Seems if that’s your view the attack on Trump was even more morivated by politics then law

Even the executive branch has to follow rules for handling classified materials..

Rules are different for the president and vice president.

The way they handle documents makes it more likely they could be accidentally mixed in with other documents.

How do you think Trump managed to pack hundreds of them into his own boxes?

I dont believe they can be any less careful with things of a sensitive nature. If there is any way they could possibly get mixed in with personal items and removed from their place of custody, then the material isnt being handled correctly.

Again, that cant be possible. They have access to some very highly classified things. Im sure they cant just leave them laying around where someone could pack them up in boxes with personal items.

How do you think Trump managed to pack hundreds of them into his own boxes?

He said he took them, not by accident, but intentionally, because he felt he had a right to do so as president.

Vice president's dont have declassification authority like a president does.

Okay. Perhaps you should inform their supervisor then? Not sure where your going with this.

It is possible and has happened.

Great. That makes it very easy to prove he broke the law. Provoking willfulness can be difficult but Trump came out and said it!

Doesn’t matter. It’s not at issue.

The woke lib new york judicial system cannot gimmick nazi germany when dealing with trump yet be immune from comparisons to the germans
They didn’t mimic Nazi germany. You claiming they did is absurd
