you seem confused, a little senile maybe....but here's the report:Hur literally said he couldn't prove it beyond a reasonable doubt.
I am saying, and Hur made clear, Xiden is and was exhibiting signs of old age.1
: of, relating to, exhibiting, or characteristic of old age
senile osteoporosis
You're saying Hur thinks Biden has low calcium levels?
again, I totally get why he didn't come out and just say it. He was sparing Xiden's feelings. I don't have a problem with that.Note: Due to its negative connotations, use of senile relating to cognitive decline is now typically avoided in medical contexts and may be considered offensive in general contexts.
As you have already highlighted using that term has grown out of fashion.Hur made clear Xiden was senile
How did Hur make it clear, by using every other ambiguous term EXCEPT the unambiguous senile.
Poor memory doesn't mean senile.
I knew kids in grade school with poor memories.
where he couldn't remember even things about his son's death? ????Release of audio: In May 2025, audio recordings of Biden's interviews with Hur were released, sparking renewed scrutiny and debate over the accuracy of Hur's description of Biden's mental state.
I do understand thatYou don't seem to understand the concept of economic specialization and competitive advantage.
We are really good at growing things. Amazingly good. That's our competitive advantage.
Trade is how we exploit competitive advantages. It's a good thing.
You’re entitled to your opinion, but that doesn’t mean the same as having evidence to prove it beyond a reasonable doubt.
There are plenty of opportunities for classified documents to be accidentally mixed in with personal documents throughout a long senate and executive career.the evidence is already there. Biden would have had to have removed the classified material from its place of custody, likely a scif, and obviously didnt return it. If you are suggesting he had them and forgot about them, thats still mishandling informarion.
Also, you cant avoid the wilful disclosure of the information. That proves he was aware.
True, but Hur found xiden did it willfullyThere are plenty of opportunities for classified documents to be accidentally mixed in with personal documents throughout a long senate and executive career.
The mere presence of the documents doesn’t prove willfulness.

Xiden actually took classified documents out of their original storage, and placed them in his own files and labeled rhem personal to hide themReally?... are you suggesting the handling of classified materials is just willy nilly? Just leave them laying around so they can get mixed in with other papers? I dont think the government is that careless with things like that. Any material viewed in the scif cannot be removed from it.
Also, the Hur report already told us that Biden wilfully did so.
As an executive, yes. That’s exactly what happens. Classified information is handled in an open manner.Really?... are you suggesting the handling of classified materials is just willy nilly? When did the law change about hanging over documents? As an executive, yes. That’s exactly what happens. Classified information is handled in an open manner.
When it comes to being a senator, his documents were bios from foreign tour he took decades ago. These would have been included in his travel packet and easily missed. They’re low level documents, and handling documents back then wasn’t quite the same as now.

Rules are different for the president and vice president.Even the executive branch has to follow rules for handling classified materials..

The way they handle documents makes it more likely they could be accidentally mixed in with other documents.
How do you think Trump managed to pack hundreds of them into his own boxes?
Okay. Perhaps you should inform their supervisor then? Not sure where your going with this.I dont believe they can be any less careful with things of a sensitive nature. If there is any way they could possibly get mixed in with personal items and removed from their place of custody, then the material isnt being handled correctly.
It is possible and has happened.Again, that cant be possible. They have access to some very highly classified things. Im sure they cant just leave them laying around where someone could pack them up in boxes with personal items.
Great. That makes it very easy to prove he broke the law. Provoking willfulness can be difficult but Trump came out and said it!He said he took them, not by accident, but intentionally, because he felt he had a right to do so as president.
Doesn’t matter. It’s not at issue.Vice president's dont have declassification authority like a president does.
They didn’t mimic Nazi germany. You claiming they did is absurdThe woke lib new york judicial system cannot gimmick nazi germany when dealing with trump yet be immune from comparisons to the germans
