Also the innocent man when a corrupt political machine is conspiring against himOf course he is. Not only free. He is entitled to it, and the burden of proof is on the prosecution because the prosecutors have to get a unanimous verdict.
The criminal will need to get at least one hold out on each of these juries for him to win but I think he will have to come up with a better argument than the Russians made me do it.
