"I need you badly," he continued, adding, "Kamala and I desperately need your help because there are only about six or seven states that are going to determine the outcome of this election. They are toss-up states; this is one of them."

Trump provided jobs for Hispanics along with cheap energy and low inflation.

Blacks may not like the idea of getting jobs instead of welfare but quite a few Hispanics do. The Hispanic vote in Florida is what carried the state for Trump.
