6. The arraignment judge (acting Supreme Court justice) may be absurd enough to issue a gag order.
7. The judge will grant an ROR.
8. A post-arraignment “next court date” will be scheduled. It is likely (imho) that the Office of Count Administration has already consulted with the arraignment judge. They don’t want this circus each time the case is on the calendar. So, I am predicting that President Trump will not be required to appear for most court dates after tomorrow — except if there is any pre-trial suppression motion hearing eventually scheduled. The Court might want him there for that. And,if the case ever makes it to trial, he will be needed to attend the trial.

Bragg has started all this circus shit — basically over nothing. I look forward to seeing what crap he has inserted into the indictment.
